Designed for 6–8 participants, each weekly session lasts 45–60 minutes and can be offered on-site or virtually to suit your company’s needs. Led by a trained facilitator, the program combines evidence-based strategies, peer support, and personalized guidance to help participants build healthier habits and overcome nicotine dependence.
